Please read these terms carefully before using this site.
The basics
1. About these Terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Isolio website, including any content, demonstrations, tools, forms or other functionality made available through it (the “Site”).
The Site is operated by Isolio Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 15936138, with its registered office at 4th Floor, Silverstream House, 45 Fitzroy Street, London, W1T 6EB (“Isolio”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Site.
These Terms apply to use of our public website. If you purchase or use Isolio products, software, consultancy, implementation services or other commercial services, additional or separate contractual terms may apply. Where there is any conflict between these Terms and a separate written agreement between you and Isolio, the separate written agreement will take precedence in relation to the relevant services.
2. About Isolio
Isolio provides technology and consultancy services relating to artificial intelligence, automation, AI agents, agentic systems, software integration, workflow orchestration and related business transformation services.
Descriptions of our products, capabilities, use cases, integrations, potential efficiencies, cost savings or other benefits on the Site are provided for general information only.
They do not constitute a binding commitment that any particular functionality, outcome, saving, performance level or business result will be achieved unless expressly agreed in a separate written contract with Isolio.
Use of the website
3. Use of the Site
You may use the Site for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
- use the Site in breach of any applicable law or regulation;
- attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site, our systems, infrastructure, accounts or data;
- introduce viruses, malware, malicious code or other harmful material;
- interfere with, damage, disrupt or impair the operation or security of the Site;
- attempt to probe, scan or test vulnerabilities in the Site without our prior written permission;
- scrape, crawl, harvest or systematically extract information from the Site using automated means where this materially affects our systems or is for the purpose of creating a competing service;
- use the Site to infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other rights of another person;
- impersonate another person or organisation or misrepresent your relationship with them; or
- use any interactive feature of the Site to submit unlawful, harmful, defamatory, fraudulent or misleading material.
We may restrict or block access to the Site where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or where necessary to protect our systems, users or business.
4. AI-generated content and demonstrations
The Site may contain demonstrations, examples or functionality that use artificial intelligence or generative AI technologies.
AI-generated information may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or inappropriate for a particular purpose. Outputs may also vary between requests.
You should not rely solely on AI-generated content when making legal, financial, medical, regulatory, safety-critical or other significant decisions.
Where Isolio solutions are deployed for customers, appropriate controls such as business rules, human approvals, system permissions, audit records and other safeguards may be configured as part of the relevant implementation. The controls applicable to a particular customer deployment will be determined by the relevant commercial agreement and system configuration.
Examples or demonstrations shown on the Site may not represent the configuration, security controls or functionality of a production deployment.
5. Information on the Site
We take reasonable care to ensure that information on the Site is useful and accurate. However, the Site is provided primarily for general information and marketing purposes.
Content may become outdated and we are not obliged to update every piece of information immediately following a change to our products, services, technology, pricing, partnerships or other circumstances.
Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, financial, tax, accounting, regulatory or other professional advice.
Any estimates relating to savings, efficiencies, productivity improvements, return on investment or other commercial benefits are illustrative unless specifically stated otherwise. Actual results depend on the organisation, process, technology environment, implementation and other circumstances.
Content and information
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, Isolio or its licensors own all intellectual property rights in the Site and its content, including software, text, graphics, designs, branding, logos, diagrams, videos, documentation and other materials.
You may view, download and print reasonable extracts from the Site for your own internal business or personal use.
You must not, without our prior written permission:
- reproduce substantial parts of the Site;
- commercially redistribute or resell Site content;
- modify our materials and present them as your own;
- remove copyright, trade mark or other proprietary notices; or
- use Isolio's name, logos, trade marks or branding in a way that suggests an endorsement, partnership or affiliation that does not exist.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any Isolio intellectual property to you.
7. Information you provide to us
If you submit information through the Site, including through a contact form, assessment, enquiry, demonstration request or similar feature, you confirm that:
- you have the right to provide that information;
- the information is not unlawful or intentionally misleading; and
- providing it to us does not infringe the rights of another person.
You retain ownership of information and materials you provide to us.
You grant us the rights reasonably necessary to receive, store, review and use that information for the purpose for which it was submitted, including responding to your enquiry or providing the requested service.
Please do not submit confidential, commercially sensitive or sensitive personal information through general website forms unless the relevant form specifically asks for it or we have agreed an appropriate method for providing it.
8. Privacy and personal data
Our collection and use of personal data through the Site is governed by our Privacy Policy.
Where cookies or similar technologies are used, further information will be provided through our Cookie Policy or cookie management tools.
Where Isolio processes personal data on behalf of a customer as part of a commercial service, the relevant responsibilities of the parties will be governed by the applicable customer agreement and, where required, a Data Processing Agreement.
Third parties and availability
9. Third-party services and links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, software or services.
Links are provided for convenience and do not necessarily mean that Isolio endorses, controls or accepts responsibility for the relevant third party.
Third-party services may be subject to their own terms, privacy policies, availability requirements and charges.
We are not responsible for content, security, availability or practices of third-party websites or services that we do not control.
10. Availability and security
We aim to keep the Site available and secure, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free from errors.
We may suspend, withdraw, modify or restrict all or part of the Site for maintenance, security, operational or commercial reasons.
You are responsible for maintaining appropriate security measures on your own devices, networks and systems when accessing the Site.
Warranties and liability
11. No warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site is provided on an “as available” basis.
We do not warrant that:
- the Site will always be available or uninterrupted;
- all information on the Site will always be accurate or complete;
- the Site will be free from bugs, vulnerabilities or other errors;
- any AI-generated content will be correct or suitable for a particular purpose; or
- use of the Site will achieve any particular commercial result.
Nothing in this clause affects any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
If you are using the Site for business purposes, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Isolio will not be liable for:
- loss of profits, revenue or anticipated savings;
- loss of business or business opportunity;
- loss of goodwill or reputation;
- loss or corruption of data;
- business interruption; or
- any indirect or consequential loss,
arising from or connected with your use of, or inability to use, the Site or your reliance on information provided through the Site.
Commercial services supplied by Isolio may be subject to different liability provisions set out in the relevant customer agreement.
If you are accessing the Site as a consumer, nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
13. Confidentiality
Information published on the public areas of the Site should not be considered confidential.
If Isolio and you exchange confidential information as part of a commercial discussion, proof of concept, assessment or customer engagement, confidentiality obligations may be governed by a separate non-disclosure agreement, customer agreement or other written arrangement.
Changes, termination and legal
14. Changes to the Site and these Terms
We may modify the Site and these Terms from time to time.
Where we make changes to these Terms, we will publish the updated version on the Site and update the “Last updated” date above.
Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms become effective will constitute acceptance of those revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
15. Termination and suspension
You may stop using the Site at any time.
We may suspend, restrict or terminate access to all or part of the Site where reasonably necessary, including where:
- these Terms have been breached;
- we reasonably believe there is a security risk;
- continued access could harm Isolio, our customers or another person; or
- we discontinue the relevant part of the Site.
Clauses which by their nature should continue after termination, including those relating to intellectual property, liability and governing law, will continue to apply.
16. General
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
A failure by Isolio to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
You may not transfer your rights under these Terms to another person without our prior written consent. We may transfer our rights and obligations where reasonably necessary as part of a restructuring, financing, sale, merger or transfer of our business, provided this does not materially reduce any rights that cannot lawfully be reduced.
Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, agency, joint venture or employment relationship between you and Isolio.
17. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms and any dispute arising from or relating to them are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
If you are using the Site in the course of a business, the courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute relating to these Terms.
If you are a consumer, you may have additional rights regarding where proceedings may be brought, and nothing in these Terms limits those rights.
